UCSD Testicular Cancer Research Survey

 

The treatments for testicular cancer can have a range of long term side effects on physical and mental health. Researchers at UC San Diego are working to identify and address the most pressing needs of testicular cancer survivors to help in screening, preventing, and treating these effects.

They have created a survey that takes approximately 10 minutes that will provide invaluable insight.
